I’m half-way through migrating my YouTube subscriptions to RSS. It’s a pain, but it’ll be worth it. One unintended benefit I’ve discovered is that I can PIP a YouTube video on iPad from Unread.

Micro.blog feels like old-school Twitter. In all the right ways.
Apparently YouTube removed the option to export your subscriptions in OPML format. Lame.
I’m transitioning as much of my content consumption to RSS as possible. Starting with Reddit and YouTube. I’d like to do this with Instagram and Twitter, but I’ll have to see if there are tools that allow for that. And whether they’re reliable or not.
I have Tiny Tiny RSS installed and setup with all my feeds. And I just setup an iOS shortcut to make subscribing to feeds easier. Self-hosting is cool.

We may have tricked Josh into thinking the vacuum is a toy. This could serve us well in the future.
Simplifi is pretty neat. It’s missing support for a couple of finance-related services I use, but the ability to manually add assets is 👌
Anyone have an opinion on @simplifimoney? Especially when compared to @mint?
